Creating a client login

Im having issues on where to create a login for a client to view the reporting.
I have checked the manage account section where you create the others users but could not find anything.
Could you please point me in the right direction?

If you go into Clients on the Global Nav, then into the client you wish to create the user for, you will notice the Create Client User button on the top right.
